On Trend: Bohemian Waves

The Prettiest and simplest hairstyle trends of the Spring and Summer seasons remain as strong as ever for Autumn and Winter. Hairstylists understood the popularity and the appeal of the boho waves and decided they were going to leave this trend as is without changing a simple thing about it. Long hair that appears to be naturally air-dried was worn by the ladies as they walked the runway with their unwound and effortless perfection. Thick texture and kinky movements were seen here, as if the hair had been braided while damp and left to dry under the sun beating overhead.

The Anna Sui catwalk was full of this hairstyle, while the Versace ladies looked fierce and warrior-like, as if princesses of the wild north.

We saw the naturally textured wavy hair take its stand on the spring/summer runway shows, appearing all over the place. We knew that as a 1970s staple, these locks would be back in style, considering the fact that 2015 seems to be all about celebrating that suede-filled floral printed bohemian inspired era.

Think morning-after hair with little bits of the baby strands along the hairline when it comes to Ralph Lauren, the side part accentuated with the Jason Wu collection.

From the simple textured waves of the Mugler women with their deep side parts to the gorgeous center parts on the Roberto Cavalli and Calvin Klein princesses, there is something to be said about the part of the hair changing the whole of the style.
